Storytelling
Now is the time of the year when we honor our dead, the ghosts of the past, and we harvest the crops.
Now is the time of the year when the dried, fallen leaves whirl about in the wind.

Soon the rains will come, followed by winter.
Soon the days will grow darker, with the faint promise of spring in the distance.

These are the days of sharing the fruits of our harvest.
These are the days of storytelling. – Jen Hildreth

Prompt 1: Imagine you are telling a story about yourself, for example, a tale from another person’s perspective. Let’s juxtapose to how we feel about ourselves to how others perceive us. Describe the way you want to be perceived by others in the future.

Prompt 2: How have your closest relationships in the past or present changed with your diagnosis? What challenges or opportunities have your faced with your closest relationships, i.e. partners, caregivers, or doctors? What has given you strength or what have you learned?
